Have you ever started dating somebody only to discover their friend is much hotter and promises a quicker ride? Recent purchasers of the 370Z may have a straying eye right now after the unveiling of the Nismo 370Z Coupe to the public. The new turnkey Nismo 370Z is offered as complete package (no options) and with close ratio Syncro-Rev 6 speed manual transmission only. It was designed by Nissan North America’s Specialty Vehicle Group in conjunction with Autech Japan. Autech has been responsible for the high powered naturally aspirated version of the Silvia and several special Z models, including the Z32 convertible.

The Nissan Nismo 370Z's sleek lines are functional as well as sexy. Downforce is increased with little change in drag. The longer front nose, front splitter, skirts and rear wing are all increse downforce |
The Nismo 370Z is not only a looker but as you would expect from Nismo, has functional performance improvements over the base 370Z as well. The Nismo 370Z comes with an exclusive, unique and functional body kit that is not available as a Nismo accessory at the dealership. The wind tunnel tuned and racing-inspired body lines are fierce with sculptural fenders, upswept quarter windows, vertical door handles, and aluminum hood, door panels, and hatchback. The aggressive angles of the headlights and taillights appears to give the competition the stink eye. In the cockpit, the supportive seats are branded with the Nismo logo and covered by black and red fabric with red stitching that is coordinated with the steering wheel, door panels and shift knob. A plaque of authenticity located above the center console identifies each Nismo 370Z by its unique serial and model year designation. The Nismo 370Z will be offered in Pearl White, Brilliant Silver, Magnetic Black, Solid Red and Platinum Graphite.

The Nismo 370Z's rear skirt is cut away for less drag. Its draft angle is a bit steep to be a functional diffuser but it does reduce drag |
