1. Get your pic (bonk)!
2. Format it as a .jpg at 100x100 pixles
3. Navigate to My Profile



4. edit your profile on the about me tab



5. click browse to upload your photo; alternatively you can link to an avitar you have hosted somewhere else
6. click save and you're done
