 Because the way the forum description is written, it sounds like it shares the FM chassis with the Z and G's.

Motor Trend says, "Mizuno started with an all-new PM (premium-midship) chassis. Distinct from the FM (front-midship) configuration of such rear-drive Nissans as the 350Z and Infiniti G35, the PM chassis features an independent-transaxle-based all-wheel-drive system."

Yes, you are correct, thanks for pointing that out.  I will change the forum to reflect it.  The GT-R does share quite a few chassis parts with the FM family.
